The Academy for the Performing Arts Junior (APA Jr.) at Dwyer Middle School provides comprehensive offerings in acting, dance, instrumental, vocal, and musical theatre performances. We also offer technical theatre, stage design, and costume design courses. Our classes allow students to realize their fullest potential while interacting with peers who share their passion for the Arts. Involvement in our programs not only increases self-esteem but often raises the level of academic achievement and instills a lifelong appreciation for the Arts not only as a craft but as a process.
